I don't think that's the right assumption - web3 isn't "stuck" in the browser. The browser is the only tool that has aligned incentives w/ decentralization. Web3 can't live in Big Tech's current walled gardens. Long term, UX will keep improving, maybe closer to apps, but it's always going to be a "browser view"
