I had to ask chatgpt cause I am not familiar with roti. Roti is an unleavened flatbread made from wheat flour and is usually thin and soft, while a pupusa is made from corn dough (masa) and is thicker, with a stuffed filling inside. A closer comparison to Indian food would be a **stuffed paratha**, but pupusas are made from corn, not wheat, and have a different texture and taste.
