Trying IYK yesterday, my phone is able to read the nfc, a link Pop but when I tap it I have a white screen… doesn’t open the IYK app for me to read chip UID.

I minted one chip randomly to see of it would help but still nothing

Is someone here using it or is it an issue you encountered ?

So I minted one and followed all steps to see if something happens like redirection to the link I created and still nothing, all chips give me the blank page

You’ve done this before embedding them into a garment/product?🌹

So the 25mm chip don’t work while the 15mm ones works

weird… 

Never had these issues with them…
