Blockchain technology played a crucial role in our production, from funding to distribution. We are now using it fordistribution through trailer NFT mints and on-chain ticketing. We’re so excited to see the positive response to the community through our zora mint @ ethereumfilm.xyz Throughout the filmmaking process, members of the Ethereum community, including @LindaXie, served as invaluable guides. Their insights helped shape our understanding and portrayal of this technology! We’re really excited to continue pushing boundaries by experimenting with blockchain in film distribution.

The film is available in English with subtitles in Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Portuguese. We will be taking requests for other languages on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know of you'd like the film in other languages!

Choosing a film title is always hard. We love the concept of Infinite Garden, and it inspired a lot of the animation and themes of the film. In the end though, we wanted a title that was more direct and descriptive for a story centered around Vitalik himself. Additionally, the feature is a centerpiece in the Ethereum Stories series, so we’ll have additional short films in the upcoming weeks that will also be featured under the title “Ethereum Stories”

We'll be preselling tickets to stream the film on our website (ethereumfilm.xyz) starting Friday. The stream will go live on September 20th for 30 days. Following that, we'll be releasing the film on a traditional streaming service in early winter 2025 (more details on that to come!)
