I am incredibly lucky to work with a founder that has this view of the world.

so many english-speaking folks, born in the northern/west hemispheres don't think there's talent outside of the bubble. If we can just open our eyes and minds a little bit, there's so many talented folks out there just needing and opportunity. their grit, commitment and perseverance can change the course of your company.

this hits especially hard for me as I am:
- a woman
- 🌈 
- multiple mixed races
- english is not my first language
- from a developing country w/o fancy university degrees
- no one to refer me to highly sought roles/companies

I had to build this path for myself. And someone had to give me these opportunities throughout my career, just like @wwarren did when I joined @0xproject and @matchaxyz. 🫶
