My @ombruja genesis on Nifty Gateway, “Samhain,” was dropped during Halloween 2022, featuring “The Triple Goddess,” a photograph turned animation, marking the first photo with my image as an NFT available for sale. This collection began the Wheel of the Year, the journey of dropping new works every time the Wheel of the Year turned, honoring the Wicca calendar. The symbolism of the @ombruja coin (logo) represents each turn of the wheel and was updated to its final version only once I finished publishing on Nifty Gateway, for exactly one year on the date of each turn. This experience completely changed my life, as a creator, an artist, and within my community. I connected with collectors who were curious to learn about the @ombruja journey, and build strong relationships. It was also my genesis as curator and marked my first exhibition during Art Basel. 0 reply
