Gave my kid a kale and bell pepper smoothie today. She chugged it and said it was delicious. I tried it and it wasn't delicious to me, it tasted "healthy" 🤣. Kids develop preferences based on how you guide them. If you overload them with sugar and brainrot screen time, that's what they'll demand for the rest of their lives. Don’t screw them up early.
