The fam did back to back yoga and Performance Enhancing Ultrasound Therapy as part @edgecity health and wellbeing programing. Our first guided sessions together. Also the first time experiencing Ultrasound Therapy. Other health and wellbeing programming organized this morning includes Zen Strength Sauna + Ice Bath Experience, Red Light Therapy, Hack Your Healing Journey workshop, daily gym session, HIIT training and run club. Some residents are doing their own training and wellbeing regimen. Thanks to NounsDAO, Edge City team and trainers for making all of this happen
