Ethereum is spending millions on marketing and educational initiatives. They're called localized communities (eth_cityname) and regional conferences (like EthLatAm). These investments resulted in small groups of wealthy and privileged communities pretending to create meaningful adoption. Just look at Honduras' onchain growth since hosting EthLatAm. This is only possible with coddling from the EF. We don't need more marketing. We need better capital allocation based on impact creation, not pontificating the potential for impact creation.
