Quick update on Prop 620: My north star for value creation is attracting builders, bidders and governance participants. We're starting to see meaningful governance participation from builders at pop up villages and the pop ups themselves. I felt like I was failing miserably at this, but that's turning around. We've seen a few residents show up to nouncil calls to pitch their candidates, provide feedback to props, and Edge City has even bid on a noun. They we're edged out by .05 on yesterday's bid, they're coming back to bid until they one! I decided to YOLO to Crecimento in Buenos Aires because it seemed like a missed opportunity if I didn't. This wasn't in the SOW, but we roll with it. I will also be including a visit to Vitalia in Honduras and potentially another pop up in Brazil. @motherlizard 's prop attracted one noun sponsor already! https://www.nouns.camp/candidates/sexual-pleasure-detection-device-b306ba7a978906118542346327f3deb93b5a3ca9

The initial prop with Research hub has been scrapped and we're working on a new one. On the podcast: I haven't recorded any because it's dependent on props being created and participation in the DAO. The first episode was meant to be Research Hub, delayed because of the prop pivot. A few prop ideas have surfaced from builders at Crecimento. I will be guiding them through governance participation and prop creation process. Huge thanks to @jonruth for the support on all of this.
