Serious question: is it possible to be considered a based builder and benefit from universal builder income without all the cult-like pledging, rituals, spam?

Some people (like myself) just want to create value because they feel aligned with the mission and vision. I don't want to waste time with all the indoctrination and mental gymnastics.

It's difficult to advocate for yourself amidst all the low effort spam and copy pasta work. Feels like I'm playing down to that level if I do.

This is one of the causes of stagnation in communities.
