Riiiiiight, I love swimming!! Been doing it since before I could remember🙉  key I think is to startup slow and build up stamina. Like swim as much as you can the first day and keep doing that for a week and then add a lap or two each week after. 

Yeah sweating while swimming  is wild isn't it 😅

swimming such a good work out!  one day was doin laps & was sweating like crazy, didn’t even know u could sweat in a pool 😄 was like man i’m outta shape
