In the latest OP Retro Round, most "onchain builders / applications" won't qualify because we haven't technically deployed any contracts. 

Using third-party SDKs or mint protocols like Zora also won't qualify.

While sucks, it's a valuable lesson: make sure to deploy your OWN work onchain.

OP system is broken and they will lose many people who counted on retro funding as a way to get projects off the ground

sad for devs, but imo way worse for the actual OP foundation
