x-posting to reach more farcaster users Hi friends! I launched a new project tonight. You should check it out: higherrrrrrr.fun I made a pretty big mistake where I didn't realize there was a DAO here with a similar name and branding. No bad intention. When you name something higher, you are kind of boxed in when it comes to branding. It's just me basically and some friends, we're not VC backed. Just trying to create a new fun paradigm of memes. I just bought a bunch of $higher. The product is an exchange for a new type of token. Also there are no VCs involved, so I can kind of do whatever I want. What I was going to do as an apology: pledge 10% of fees to a buy / burn program for up to 6.9% of supply. I'll burn $HIGHER so we can all go higherrrrrrr together. It might be a complete flop, such is building, so I can fully promise that this would work since I don't know what the revenue would be. I fucked up, and I'm sorry.

It's supposed to be cryptic for the fomo - I can share more in a bit. It's a new onchain primitive and an exchange for said primitive. Think like a ERC20 or ERC721, but with some twists

Hi friends! Creator đź‘‹ - I actually didn't know about this community or name conflict before I launched this... My bad. Gimme like 5 minutes to buy some higher and join the community. I have some ideas. First thought is to make us a higher owner, plus we're building an exchange. I'd love to make friends, not enemies, so thinking we figure out a buy / burn mechanic here. Not saying don’t make this hire, just senior/staff level is a must, agree on in-person. The crypto part probably matters less and what should matter more is alignment with what you guys are doing Would think about the features they’re shipping and weather those things are nice to haves or meanfully move the needle

As someone who’s built a big engineering team at an early stage, that was a mistake, I think the move is to only have 1-2 staff+ level eng, and *only* focus on go to market hires until you have PMF. Features you ship should be focused on the key levers that might get you to PMF.

I think it’s less of a problem for funds and more for entrepreneurs. Tokens are the only proven liquidity mechanism for ventures scale returns. If you take VC, whether you like it or not, you’re eventually going to consider this direction Some rare apps (eg farcaster) that buck this trend
