Broadcast lets you select a list of slack channels and the bot can automatically post product updates, maintenance announcments etc

For every channel the bot is in, it listens to the conversation. It differentiates between normal conversation and customer questions. When it sees a customer conversation, it automatically tags it as a ticket, triages to the right engineer, and does a first pass using your docs

You can configure which team members can respond to questions as well as the documents it uses for the responses in the settings
