I’m not sure if I understand what you’re asking @Martin but, I have read extensively and thought about the story protocol.

The cost is not zero today. Most likely open AI will be sued next week by studio Ghibli for both copyright and trademark violations. 

Studio protocol makes it easy for people to license content with a smart contract. Creators put their product in a marketplace with their IP rights and license fees.

 You, the producer see something that you need for a movie you’re making or a soundtrack or something and you can legally acquire it and then you have a complete product with all rights and clearances.

I read that Drake has turned his voice into an AI and is now making more money from the licensing fees of his voice to sing other people songs then he made on any royalties of his own recordings. I haven’t verified that, but I did read it.
