It’s so crazy that you chose today to cast this. I was in this loop in my head yesterday about a few things I did many years ago when I was younger that I am not proud of. None of them are major things either but from time to time they still pop into my head. Essentially I was beating myself up about them decades after the fact even though since that time I have grown so much and become a much better version of myself. I was thinking later that day about whether or not I could let myself off the hook and if I had punished myself enough at this point to let it all go…

This is true I believe and in some ways I think those experiences are what drive my positivity these days. From those negative things came the realization that being a good person and spreading love is a much better path for not only myself but everyone around me. All our actions create ripples and that can be a powerful thing. Many years ago I chose to make as many positive ripples as I can and that has made all the difference 💜
