It's hard to say someone else's art, so I'll say my own. I always find retroactive ways to improve on previous artworks.

For instance, Bright was conceived with a 1:1 ratio but I should have made the background adaptable to any screen format.

Perhaps I would choose Garden Monoliths by @zancan and try to create a (non-plottable) version full of colors and textures 🎨

I would play around with the hatching algo used by Zancan in the Aux Arbres project. Sometimes its behavior across different layers of the image seems almost magical.

What does it look like when electricity runs through water?

Digital Bath is an abstract, blocky, colorful, glitchy, chaotic representation of this idea. An endless flow of pixelated electrons washes over you as it randomly jumps from idea to idea. Each frame is divided into layers of alternating lines. These lines separate into different length blocks, and a group of algorithms are selected to determine when each block is visible. It is the combination of these different sized blocks and on/off algorithms that creates the distinctive patterns seen in every frame of the collection.

Key Controls:

Spacebar - Start / Stop

D (Right) - Forward 1 Frame (while stopped)

W (Up) - Faster

S (Down) - Slower

I - Zoom In

O - Zoom Out

M - Minimize / Maximize

F - Check Actual Frame Rate

G - Save GIF Dialog
