Yes, there can be FT for channels or people.

You must have a pretty good amount of moxie. The goal is to win the auction, so bid much higher. The more you bid, the higher percentage of fan tokens you'll get.

You can buy the tokens of any channel put up for auction by the owner and if you own a channel, you can put it up for auction
