Day #35 healthy living update Dinner: Creamy chicken and broccoli over rice Snack: Pepperoni and cheese Exercise: Chest day + 50 push-ups + 1 cartwheel Murdery vibes: 1/10 Got back into the gym and felt great! Neck is 90% I know we can have a "cheat day" but I'll be honest, I don't even want one, really. Healthy living is here to stay 🙌

No cheat day is amazing! I’m not in need of one either. I’ve been eating a lot of fruits. I think in winter it can be more challenging. Let’s see.

Winter will get very tough. Summer is much easier with the amazing fruit. Winter is always tougher too cause we need more "insulation" I know I always fall off during the holidays and pick back up before summer.
