Running

I’m trying to get back to my running routine. 

Today, I tried out these New Balance shoes (Rebel 4) I won in a raffle at a local race I did last year. It is the lightest running shoe that I’ve ever had. It is a bit too wide for me. I’ll have to get used to it. But it is a good one for speed - even though I am a slow runner.

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn.

Probable your feet changed with the barefoot shoes. I think my favorites one are still the Asics. But it is different for every one.

Well, I have to buy new ones because now I use barefoot shoes to walk around the street and the running ones pinch my toes 😅
