I had a very stressful day yesterday and today. The running out me back on track. 

Good distance, good pace for me - faster then my usual 7:00

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn.
