WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF HAPPINESS?
Happiness is not something to be chased after. It happens in small, simple moments—a good talk with a friend, a fresh coffee, a trip to an unknown place, dipping my feet into the sea, a hike in nature, reading a good book, seeing a great work of art. But of course, those moments happen when one lives in a peaceful place and has access to at least basic living conditions. That is not the case for all of us here.

WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN/WOMAN?
I prefer to think about what I appreciate in people, regardless of whether they are a woman, a man, a trans, or a gender-neutral person: trust, kindness, the ability to deal with emotions, and the capacity to foster deep connections.

I've always said yes very quickly and often felt overwhelmed with taking on a lot. I'm learning to pause/ask for time to consider before agreeing to things.

That’s so difficult to say no. Sometimes I also do too much. But we have to know our limits. And little by little we adjust the demands we take.
