Rediscovering my love for spinach right now. Just toss it in a pan with some oil, add cream and spices, done. 5 minute simple and delicious sauce for pasta or rice

I love spinach. If you make them with some fresh mushrooms and then the cream, it is also very delicious. I use soy or oat cream and it works the same. I also like to add spinach to soups. And I made some white beans with carrots and spinach. It worked pretty well. I add them to curries. They are very versatile. I love spinach. I’m sure @imfairydust like them too. And maybe @ramsey (We had a long conversation about kale some days ago).
