I'm trying out different recipes with Matcha. 
Yesterday I made this one with cream cheese, almond milk, gelatin, erythritol, and of course Matcha tea, and it's really good.

It was good, I think I'm going to try making ice cream someday, let's see what I can do 😅, in fact the first time I tried matcha was in ice cream at a Japanese restaurant
