Red - Red Black - Black Good taste πŸ™Œ The filter colombia is superb ! Floral & Fruity is my favourite taste note, would you mind to share your recipe? sometimes I brewed it and it's turned out too bitter at aftertaste. and I have to adjusted via adding some water.

I think the best florals are from Ethiopia. They are delicious. You can find great fruity ones from Latin America (different countries). The ones from Colombia are very balanced in taste - mainly the washed ones. I do two different process to filter - either V60 ou Chemex. The first important thing is to buy light or medium roast. And then the maths: 16g of coffee beans for 250 ml of water (around 95 Celsius, not boiling). Grind the coffee, put it on a wet filter (pour some water before you put the coffee), and pour water just enough to cover the coffee. Let of breath for 30s (there will be bubbles). And then just pour water little by little until you use the whole water (250g).

I often use V60 with light-roasted beans of choices. My method is to use 20g of coffee, 300ml of water Start with 2x the weight of the coffee for 45 seconds. And it comes to my prob , With 260ml left, how should I split it effectively? I've tried various recipes (kasuya and hoffman), but they haven't always worked. But as for your method, I use it for iced drip coffee. I should try 16:250 next time. 500 $wild 333 $farther Degen next time πŸ˜… I running out of it today.

I worked at this cafe writing the texts for the blog and website. And it was there that I learned to brew. It works pretty well for me: https://thebarn.de/pages/brewguide-drip?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADkfALO42CGG374OPYNUh3PYk2_3s&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI74rSlYbghwMV_JJoCR1uXAbwEAAYASAAEgLO3fD_BwE Maybe give it a try? The time of the brew also makes a difference on the final taste. Many thanks for the tips! πŸ’› 50 $degen
