It is my last day in Shanghai and I want to share an image that summarizes my experience here. I was caught by this city. Its energy is great. And I love the contrasts of ancient architecture and tradition with the high modernity that you can also find here. Pic 1: This is a temple that ended up being in the middle of the city. Pic 2: inside the traditional Yu Garden you can see the 128 floors building. There is a lot more to say about the city, but being able to keep the old while building the new is a great feature. It is a place to come back.

Last time I've been in Shanghai was 2012, can't believe that's 12 years ago. Looking forward to visiting again soon~!

It was my first time there. But I think the city must have changed a lot in 12 years. It is impressive how fast the city grows and how modern it is now.

Absolutely, fren! I'm sure about it. Mainland China's development is breathtaking. I visited the Mainland again just recently, I was in (and fell in love with) Yunnan; staying in Kunming. Next time, I was thinking about travellng Yunnan more. I wanna visit Shanghai again too. I studied at 浙大 in Hangzhou in 12/13.
