✍️ Mastery Monday ✍️ Share one thing that made you better at your craft. It might be a hard-earned lesson learned, a new tool you found, or just a straight forward tip that saves you time, money, or spirit energy (Requests for help are excellent too! If you're struggling, odds are somebody else is too)

Lately it's been time blocking. It's easy for tasks to bleed into each other and the day slips by. There's time where thats fine, but right now to get shit done I can't let things slide to the same degree so this is the right mode for the current time.

stating the obvious: practice. I have gotten way better over the course of *years* another thing that's been helpful is learning how to take breaks in a useful way. not useful: doomscrolling. useful: go for a walk. for a long time I found it really hard to actually *do* this because I felt like I was shirking by walking away from my computer... but it's better to truly refresh myself than wallow in social media while feeling guilty!
