Working in the hospital has gotten me so used to ‘gentle fiction’ or how do I put it, to patients or family members of very ill patients. It’s just a way of giving them that reassurance, you know what I mean? And can be really tough sometimes especially when you know how bad a condition has gotten before commencing treatment.
