Conservatories are high-ticket sales, they go from £20k to £150k and you get 15-25% commission https://www.anglianhome.co.uk/conservatories They're mostly a thing in the UK bc of the weather, but you can get a sizeable home extension without planning permission which does make sense (but again not cheap)
