We too in, our lives, must defragment every so often. Just like some of us did to our old PC’s back a while ago. We hoard tasks, wishes, hobbies, connections and what not - spreading time as a thin until it holds no more. Bad habit, fragmenting too much.

Prioritising without wishful thinking. Build what we can and work towards what we can’t, yet. Some reflection time without distractions usually does it for me. How about you?
