I think it's more a function of crypto VC's not having much choice in the matter bc the overall non-farmer crypto userbase is still pretty small. Pitching outside of the FC/crypto bubble, startups are much less likely to get cut any slack on metrics - even if the engagement is higher quality than normal platforms
