Can you build a venture scale business on Farcaster today?

I think you can START a venture scale business on Farcaster today, but not build one entirely unless something in the next 24 months goes really really right.

The challenge with Farcaster is that while it's incredible for getting your first 100 (or even 1000 users depending on the product category), it doesn't have...

I think it's more a function of crypto VC's not having much choice in the matter bc the overall non-farmer crypto userbase is still pretty small.

Pitching outside of the FC/crypto bubble, startups are much less likely to get cut any slack on metrics - even if the engagement is higher quality than normal platforms  

Farcaster and it's users alone don't have the quantity or purchasing power that will help a startup achieve the tangible milestones/benchmarks they need to close their successive fundraises.

There's a little bit of wiggle room in here for crypto investors/startups, but that's more a function of...

we have to start asking ourselves why do people show up to farcaster? is everyone here a startup founder trying to make money, do people only buy products to test it out or to earn more tips. when you have a social network of builders what do you sell? infra? we need some user metrics or polling.
