i’ve read the feedback and want to make sure that at least one workout a week is more inclusive 

so today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping or lunges but it still gets the heart rate up! 

💥 low impact scorcher 💥

1. scissors with chest press 2 x 10
2. dumbbell marches 2 x 10
3. dumbbell swings 2 x 10
4. side plank with lifts 2 x 5 each side
5. donkey kicks 2 x 5 each side
6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side 

if you don’t have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle!
