I got a new job. On the first day I came in a light blue skirt, and shit, it was the day I got my period... Although the plan should be in 4 days. And I have the first day as a waterfall, and I got up and I was just a huge stain in the back ... and I also and the boss did not let me go, puffed that just got a job already sent away.
The girls gave me pads, but the skirt to find a new one, I closed as I could with a scarf, but still now they are whispering.....
I'm embarrassed..... don't want to go to work.....

6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side 

if you don’t have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle!

I have a neighbor, a brutal man of advanced age, a caring father, always walking in the yard with his daughter. I think someone is lucky with their husband. And today I’m standing on the balcony, hanging laundry. A car pulls up, a blonde girl is driving, so young, and then he gets out, cheerful, happy, said goodbye to her and goes to the house, and around the corner his wife and child. So, I hadn’t laughed for a long time when this brutal man ran headlong in the opposite direction, almost getting hit by a car. Then he comes out from behind the kiosk with a serious look, as if nothing had happened. And laughter and sin, here you have an ideal family...
