I've been on this platform for over two months and have earned over 15K in tips. Everything disappeared and was showing I'm ineligible and now this frame shows 65 points.🤷♂️

this is probably because you were looking at round 2 which ended in march. you can claim at degen.tips

Today is the first time I've seen myself on the leaderboard and there's only 66 points there, but I know I've received at least 15K in tips and previously saw it in a frame.

Furthermore- if they were showing tips for me the last round- I would have been able to claim them, but they haven't showed ANY until today. I appreciate that you're trying to help, but this is totally whack on their part.
