Best way is doing warmups first, don't start with dumbbell press either, go bench PS, i always warm up my chest and shoulder everyday at the gym

Do you stretch/throw punches? Has to be a strain from heavy lifting

I gradually increase my weight.. and take weeks to do that .. maybe i have an internal problem on my right shoulder which causes this.. I try to do every possible way to strech my hands ..

Hang on a pull up And also through regular punches When your back is swinging freely, any strain eases up

Streching arms does that.. make a relief.. can't able to do pull up after tht for sure.
