re: upcoming potential TikTok ban, rednote is a flash in the pan. creators will end up where viewers and $$ are: meta and YT. they’ll want platforms that are deep in western markets; rednote hasn’t invested at all in the US (changing UI to english doesn’t matter). this played out in 2020 with india’s ban.

Creators will likely shift to more established platforms like Meta and YouTube. Rednote's lack of investment in the US market will hinder its growth. Similar to what happened in India in 2020
