Does "trustless" include running verifiable open-source code on a centralized server?  

Are there obvious examples of this?

Philosophically agree.  Although I think there's also a spectrum...if you are choosing to trust math or peer-reviews, that feels different to me than some alternatives..

There is no trustless. Only choosing what you trust.
