Today we have nation states. Tomorrow we will have network states. The transition will not be people migrating physically first. But digitally first. They will choose a dual citizenship (nation/network), physically being aligned with the nation and digitally with the network. It will be very controversial.

I think digital infrastructure and decentralized basic public services like identity, basic financial services, education, healthcare will be high on the list. There is also some overlap with how one can think about power in decentralized systems https://warpcast.com/chrisroc.eth/0xa5bc323c
