Today it’s actually made a lot easier for recruiters! There’s a ton of resources like GitHub, Gitter, Twitter, Ethereum forums, Farcaster 👀where a lot of technical talent can be found and everyone has something they want to showcase so it makes easier to reach out and have a genuine convo.
