I'm not big on McD's desserts, but a lot of tourists go there to get Hawaii-specific flavors like Haupia (coconut), Taro, or Guava Cream Cheese pies. We also are the only place where McD's still fries their apple pies instead of baking them. https://www.honolulumagazine.com/why-mcdonalds-hawaii-has-the-only-fried-apple-pies-in-the-country/
