I'm a huge fan of efficient exercise throughout the day. I've started planking, which is incredible for your core. I'm keeping track of total time with my stopwatch on my phone. My goal for this is eventually 10 minutes per day. I'm currently doing 1 minute planks at a time.

I'm doing all 3 Push-ups, sit-ups, planks I'm totally replacing the gym with this.

I hear calisthenics are much safer for you body so thatβs dope! Personally I wouldnβt be replacing the gym but it would deff be a good start π
