I might be in the best shape of my life since my 30s I'm sleeping better than I ever have. In Dec 2023, I quit a decade-long xanax habit and plunged into this health kick. I'm a long-time sleep struggler ๐Ÿซ‚ I basically did all this to sleep better. I practice intermittent fasting, 16/8 every day. So that's why you only see dinner and snacks. I'll throw in fasts also, last month I did 72 hours and it was one of the best things I did. I'm attempting another next week ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Oh man congratulations on quitting barbiturates! The physical and emotional toll of bad sleep can be daunting to say the least. Thanks for sharing your story!
