Germany's Commerzbank launches cryptocurrency consignment and trading service Commerzbank, one of Germany's largest financial institutions, has officially launched a cryptocurrency consignment and trading service and entered the cryptocurrency market in earnest. According to foreign media on the 19th (local time), Commerzbank, which has been watching the market for years, will work with Crypto Finance, Deutsche Börse's digital assets division, to support Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) transactions to corporate customers. Commerzbank will provide access to the cryptocurrency market through this service, which will be offered primarily only to institutional customers. The bank will act as a trustee to safely manage customers' digital assets, and will protect assets from cyber threats and hacking through security and regulatory platforms.
