Does this mean that my diet can keep dark chocolate (in moderation) of course? I’m with you in trying to eliminate syrups and refined white rice/flour. What’s your opinion on sprouted wheat/barley/millet? These ingredients are in my morning cereal.

Haven’t tried those grains but in general most grains bear white rice and white flour Dark chocolate 70%+ and semi-sweet is pretty good but only by itself and in moderation
