Thank you! I love that you're looking back on the time since. There is such a need for sharing our experiences at all points along the peri/menopause journey. That we can be in this menopause transition phase for so many years just continues to blow my mind. I look forward to following your experiences.

This is wonderful Becca!!! I started a channel called /thechange to discuss the topic as well. Mine is more backward looking I think, since I'm 10-years post-peri/menopause. But all inputs are necessary to help ease the transition, especially for those currently on the cusp.
