It’s been a wild symptoms ride in the last couple of weeks. I’ve heard from a doc and an NP that headaches and bleeding longer aren’t indicative of perimenopause 🤔. In the meantime, here’s another symptom from my “Welcome to Perimenopause” series and a few links/resources in reply casts.

If you’re in the US, the best shot at finding a peri/menopause-informed physician or NP (that I’ve discovered so far at least) is through Menopause Society’s Certified Practitioner search. https://portal.menopause.org/NAMS/NAMS/Directory/Menopause-Practitioner.aspx
