๐Ÿ‘€ Product Managers interviewing for jobs- this post is for you. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Over the past few weeks, I've found community on a site called tryexponent.com. The site provides interview curriculums for a wide-variety of tech roles, including product. My favorite feature: Mock Interviews- You're matched with a random person in the same position as you looking for the same roles you're looking for based on your interview skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I have always questioned the value of PM interviews, why companies like Meta look for PMs that can solve cases, answer execution questions, or identify root causes. After daily case practice, meeting like-minded PMs, and watching PMs at different levels solve cases, I've found the answer. I've also learned about the importance of the role of a PM through meeting others. (1/2)

Context: I'm a product leader with 10 years of experience @ companies like Chase, Peloton, and SuperRare. I thought I didn't need interview practice, I've been incredibly humbled to learn that I need MONTHS of interview practice. To be able to better articulate my experience. To be able to solve cases without thinking. To prove to companies in a tight job market that I'm worth hiring. If you're curious / have any questions on Exponent, shoot me a dm or comment below.
