A note on the power of therapy…

6 months ago I was laid off from my web3 product job, moved in with my parents, and had a required knee surgery, unable to walk for 3 months. Couch-ridden, totally dependent on my wife and parents, in my early 30s. All I could do was contemplate life.

Today, I graduated PT, I am walking, jogging, squatting. I have built a product (@OnShelfxyz). I am networking and continuing to solve problems in a space I love: web3.

The world used to look down on therapy. I’m here to say- especially to my fellow men who think they’re fine and don’t typically talk about their emotions- therapy is the best and most rewarding choice you can make.

Had I not continued with mental therapy, I could have easily turned pessimistic. I could have spiraled, catastrophized.
